Do I still have to pay my deductible if I wasn’t at fault?

If it is determined you are not at fault and we need to pay any monies out, a deductible may be taken. In that case the at fault party may be pursued by us, to reimburse the amount paid including your deductible. If a recovery occurs a portion or all of your deductible will be reimbursed to you.
