What do I do if I have a problem with the app?

If your app is crashing, you are seeing error messages, or it's doing something you don't expect, just get in touch.

We have a Support section in the menu of the mobile app. Just tap there, and then tap Report Issue and you will be able to drop us a note with any issues you are having.

In addition, before contacting our support team you could try the some or all of the following to see if it helps:

  1. Close the app
  2. Restart your device
  3. Check for any device software updates that may be available
  4. Check for any app updates that may be available
  5. Finally, if none of the above resolves the issue, reinstall the app
