If your app is crashing, you are seeing error messages, or it's doing something you don't expect, just get in touch.
We have a Support section in the menu of the mobile app. Just tap there, and then tap Report Issue and you will be able to drop us a note with any issues you are having.
In addition, before contacting our support team you could try the some or all of the following to see if it helps:
- Close the app
- Restart your device
- Check for any device software updates that may be available
- Check for any app updates that may be available
- Finally, if none of the above resolves the issue, reinstall the app
